Who we are
KosovaStack is a directory of software made in Kosovo. This page explains what personal data we collect and what we do with it. For any question, write to kosovastack@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and an encrypted password when you register.
- Listings: the product details, contact email, logo and screenshots that founders submit. Everything except the contact email is shown publicly once approved.
- Demo requests: the name, email and message you send to a founder.
- Reviews: your rating and comment, shown publicly with your name.
- Contact messages: the name, email and message you send us.
- Usage: how many times a product page is viewed and its website link is clicked. These are counts only, not tied to you.
How we use it
- To run your account and show the listings you submit.
- To pass your demo request to the founder of that product, so they can reply to you.
- To email you about your own listings, such as an approval, a rejection or a new demo request.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
A demo request is shared with the founder of the product you wrote to, and nobody else. Emails are delivered through an email service provider. Site administrators can see submitted data in order to moderate the site.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, to protect forms, and to remember your language and comparison list. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account or listing exists. When you delete a product, its images, reviews and demo requests are deleted with it. When you delete your account, your products and reviews are deleted too.
Your rights
Under Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and you can object to how it is used. Write to kosovastack@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
